Core Stability

We offer one to one or small classes focusing on core stability. Core stability is seen as being pivotal for efficient bio-mechanical function to maximise force generation and minimise joint loads in all types of activities, therefore playing a key role in injury prevention and improving your efficiency and ability in sport.

We like to keep classes between 1 – 6 clients to ensure you have the full attention of the physical therapist and make sure each client is at the right level for the exercise they are carrying out. It is vital that the therapist is aware you have full control and stability during a full core session for you to have optimum results.
