We offer a variety of massage techniques to our client’s weather you are an office worker, athlete or if you are just suffering from the stress of daily life and need a little help to unwind.
Massage is a fantastic way to help maintain and improve your overall physical health. We incorporate stretching and joint mobilization to really benefit from your massage session.

Sports massage – sports massage is very effective for pre and post event massage. Usually our clients will come in after a competition to help relax and remove toxins and lactic acid build up that have accumulated during their event. It can be very beneficial in preventing delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) but also help maintain optimum range of movement between the muscle and joint allowing you to continue to train hard and effective!!

Deep Tissue Massage – Deep tissue massage is a much more focused slow technique using deep pressure while incorporating active and passive movement. Not to be mistaken for relaxation it is very beneficial in breaking down dysfunctional tissue and helping to realign muscle fibres relieving the muscle from pain and stiffness. We use this to help treat our clients that suffer from postural dysfunction to a range of other disorders and to help treat and prevent injury to our athletes. It is extremely beneficial to the athlete as a form of maintenance during intense training/competition, helping to maintain optimal function while their muscles and joints are put under huge stresses on a daily basis. This plays a key role in injury prevention.

Sweedish Massage – Swedish massage is an excellent form of treatment for anyone as it incorporates the entire body with the ultimate effect of stress release and relaxation. A number of different strokes are applied with oil or cream, working superficially at the beginning and then deeper into the muscles at a pressure you find most relaxing. Swedish massage therapy is very effective at relieving anxiety and is often used to help alleviate the symptoms of stress and depression; it has multiple benefits such as increased circulation, loosens tight muscles, increases flexibility and range of motion and diminishes chronic pain. Swedish massage is a great way to treat yourself /friend or family member.
